Lent

I went to the gym yesterday! Yeah me!

Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday; these are my Lent promises this year:

No food from places that have a drive-thru

No cookies (a major weakness of mine)

No candy (2nd weakness after cookies)

OH - and only one Panera bagel a week!

This will be a looooooong 40 days!!

  1. Congrats on the visit to the gym - maybe make your gym goals part of your Lent promises? Lent is always a good time to get started on weightloss efforts, it takes 21 days to build a habit, and you've got 40! The key will be to keep them going after Lent, even when you don't have to anymore :P
