The big day!

Today is the day; the weight loss challenge starts at work!!

I did pretty good on my weekend goals! I didn't eat a single fry at work on Saturday AND I worked out on Sunday. The third one....well 2 out of 3 aint' bad, right?

Tomorrow's goal - eat yogurt for breakfast AND drink 4 glasses of water at work!

Baby steps, it's all about baby steps!

So.....

Even higher than this time last year. My husband weighs the same.....so annoying.

Monday we are starting a weight loss challenge at work, my boss is on my team. I think that will be my motivation to do well, don't want him to think I can't commit to a goal!!

My goals for this weekend -

  • Work out on Sunday
  • Don't eat french fries at work on Saturday
  • Drink lots of water

I'll let you know it goes.

I want to wear the closet full of cute little clothes that just hung sadly in my closet last year!
